Feels good to be honest

It has been always said that "honesty is the best policy" we've heard it in our school during our morning assembly. 

At that point it never made any sense to me. I always wondered as to why one has to lie about something or hide something or even cheat. What is the use of this thought when its nobody has the reason to do all that. Why people keep on focussing on this particular thing "honesty" . 

The only thing I felt being honest about is not hiding my test papers ot telling my marks at home the same day ita been given to me, which I didn't do on many cases because I felt its not gonna harm anybody if I tell my marks 2 days late or didn't tell at all. Though I was caught by my parents all the time, but that is a different story. What was I sayin... Yeaa! that till then I had no clue why we have 'that' thought feeded in our mind. 

Later as the time passed and I grew up, not by my height but as I grew older I kinda started to understand what it is and why it ia said. By this time I had tralized that this is not some random yhought but an important one. But still the wondering was alive with a change in perception. Now I thought, why do we have a thought like this when actually nobody cares. Nobody takes it seriously. Nobody even thinks of honesty forget about being honest. Nobody consider teaching there kid at home about how important it is. Nobody, but few.

Yes! There are people who think it is important for anything u do in ur life, wherever u go whatever u do, this thing takes u along.

Apart from that, what is important is we being honest to us, our feelings.
Do not judge or get judged by others. Be honest on your approach and the results u'll see for urself.
